Ellen Wyant’s Memorial – Saturday 11am and other news

Dear Church Family and Friends,

Ellen Wyant’s memorial service will be held Saturday (tomorrow) at 11am at the Cornerstone Church of Augusta (1156 Tinkling Spring Rd, Staunton, VA 24401.) All are invited. Please continue to be in prayer for Henry and the family. I (Jon) will be sharing at the memorial service so keep me prayer too, so that I will be able to offer those present an opportunity to give their lives to Jesus.

I also wanted to announce that George William Printz’s (Jim and Jensina Printz baby) was born early this morning, Friday, May 4th! Mother and baby are doing well! Carol and I were able to visit with them Wednesday evening and give them the food that was collected! Please continue to pray for Jensina and the baby. Blessings for a quick recovery for Jensina and health for the baby.

Marie Marklein also wanted me to announce that we will have 5 days of prayer and fasting this month starting Monday, May 7 through Friday May 11th. There also will be a prayer meeting at the church on Friday, May 11th at 7:30 pm. The focus on this prayer meeting is the Peace of Jerusalem.

I am looking forward to Sunday! There is so much to share about the missions trip to Philippines! I am looking forward to our time of worship and waiting on the Lord! I plan to share some pictures and testimonies on Sunday about my two week trip with Pastor Kenton. At both the seminar in Baguio and the conference in Tabuk, God showed up in miraculous ways! It was such a privilege to share the Word and minister supernaturally!

Thanks for your prayers and support that made this missions trip possible! Pastor Kenton and I experienced daily ministry opportunities. We also did not experience any significant sickness or travel problems! In almost every way this trip was ideal! Thank you Jesus!

See you Sunday!
